Lawrence Lee Thiam Hoe
Lawrence has over 20 years of experience in corporate matters relating to multinational and domestic clients in a broad range of industries, with a focus on private shareholders’ dispute, corporate constitutions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial revenue recovery.
Lawrence commenced his own practice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 2003 under the style of Lawrence Lee & Associates, and is currently a Partner at Lawrence Lee & Hoong, Kuala Lumpur.
He holds non-executive Directorships in various corporations including Precession Capital Berhad, Malaysia.
He began his legal practice in 1997, served as a legal assistant for Messrs Logan Sabapathy & Co, Kuala Lumpur.
In 2000, he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales; and served as a Legal Assistant for Messrs Nadine Wong, London, in 2001.
Lawrence was awarded the prestigious ASEAN Scholarship to further his education in Singapore in 1988 and subsequently graduated with LLB Honours from the University of London in 1995.
He is also a certified Trainer under the Malaysian HRDF Scheme.
He authored a book titled “Transforming Debts into Cashflow” in Malaysia.
