  • You are suffering from the post-MOC syndrome – excited and unable to explain why to your partners.

  • Your C-Level partners cannot stand your crazy ideas and absurd dreams – they think you have gone mad after MOC.
  • You felt lonely, not being understood and dejected from the C-Level team.

CXO is created with the intention to…

  • Provide hands-on tutorial classes for CXOs who will be in the same boat as you do on the way to IPO.
  • Provide operational support to start work related to capital mechanism.
  • Guide step-by-step the process of fund-raising – a role which all CXOs must play.
  • Explain the roles of CEO, COO & CFO that all C-Level must strive to achieve, especially if you are running a public-company using public funds.
  • Prepare the C-Level team to go through your fund-raising rounds – from finding investors to pitching your company plans; to managing them as a shareholder.
